College Coach Clinicians Committed for Summer 2017

At NXT, our philosophy is to only publish the coaches or programs who will be running skills clinics, lecturing, or working at the event in some capacity. Out of respect for coaches, we do not publish the list of college coaches attending to recruit prior to the event. However, we do publish and share the College Coach Sign-In Sheets after the event. Our list of historical sign-in sheets at Showcase Events is the best in class. Please note, the college coaching staffs listed above have committed to working at Showcase and MVP Events for the Summer of 2017. However, we do not guarantee that each institution will be represented at every single event

Event Highlights

The goal of Showcase Lacrosse is to provide Exposure & Education for young athletes. Our Showcase events have historically been the most well attended events of the year. The Baltimore Summer Showcase is held at Towson University, which features 4 lighted turf fields, which means weather will not be an issue at this event.

Each participant will receive a Nike gear package upon checking into the event. Individuals from the 2019 and 2020 grad years will battle together, while the 2021s and 2022s join up to make up the second division. Each team will be led by a prominent high school coach from the surrounding area, as well as a college coach.  You can find the current list of high school coaches below! In addition to participants' team coach, College Coaches will lead all skills clinics and recruiting talks, providing players with an opportunity to work directly with them.

Finally, NXT has worked hard to establish our independent evaluator point system for the Fab 40 All-Star Game, held in the afternoon in Johnny Unitas Stadium. Players will be evaluated throughout their three morning games, with a chance to compete and gain recognition among coaches in attendance.

For any questions and/or for consideration to compete in future events, please contact Brett Manney.

The Draft

The Draft

I. Our Process

The pride of Showcase Lacrosse is our process. We collect both an Application as well as a Nomination from the athlete's high school or club coach. This allows us to learn about the player through their highlight film, in addition to gauging their abilities from the perspective of a coach. We then review all Application/Nominations, and send emails with instructions to register.

If the selections from the prior round of the Draft do not register before the dates below, their spot will no longer be guaranteed. This is a first-come, first-serve basis registration.
