Ryan Long joins NXT after a successful three-year stint at Heineken USA, where he served as an on-premise sales representative. Long joins the country's top events management team, to which he brings a wealth of event experience from his time at the Pattison Sports Group, where he directed several tournaments and was the director of the Healthy Kids Running Series.
Long is a 2006 graduate of Penncrest High School and a 2010 alumnus of Neumann University, where he earned a bachelor of science in sport management. He is the Penncrest school record holder in the 800-meter run and was part of the relay team that broke the school record in the 4x800.
